打开myeclipse，windows-->preference-->myeclipse enterprise workbench-->files and editor-->jsp-->jsp templates:
-->new，会出现如下窗口：
在name中填入你要添加的模板的名字，在Context中选中jsp_new，Automatically
insert勾上，Description中写入你的描述，Pattern中添加你的模板内容，例如：

要用到你所添加的模板时，一定要选择new一个JSP(Basic templates)，跟着对话框走，你会找到你的模板的。
建立自己的html模板或其他模板当然也一样。
