首先找到配置文件 /etc/X11/XF86Config 。
修改扫描HorizSync 31.5-100.0，频率VertRefresh 75.0 - 75.0，75就不闪了。再在 Modes 后 加上："1024x768"
重启系统，进入后再从桌面－》系统设置－》显示，就可以像xp一样调节你要的设置。
