打开Eclipse 运行编写好的安卓程序时出现以下错误提示：
The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.
Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'D:\Java\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20131019\sdk\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed.
查了查环境变量，配置的都是对的，为什么还不行呢？
打开任务管理器，如下：
原来是kadb这个进程占据了5037 端口 ，这是酷狗的一个用来检测手机是否连接电脑的端口，关闭掉这个进程
以及下边的KuGou.exe进程 就可以了！
