可以在资源文件中定义日期及其数字的格式化，例如在classpath下新建一个.properties文件，起名为format.properties,内容如下
format.date = {0,date,dd-MM-yyyy}
{}里面的意思如下
{ 参数序号（从0开始）, 格式类形（number | date | time | choice）,
格式样式（详情请见http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/i18n/format
/decimalFormat.html#numberpattern）}
