I became a PM again. This is the third. Unfortunately, I was deposed so soon.
The bad project is the root. But I know the root is inside the mind of Our CTO. Our corporation is a growing baby.
However, there is a so strange phenomenon that our CTO is disinteresting in out core project. Why?
CTO is just bureaucratic. Out CEO and other officer maybe think it is so easy to develop a high performance server , as a matter of face, biogine is a special server related to verified finger print data.
I am not a genius. In fact, I have little knowledge how to develop a server liked the nginx. But in realy, I have to fact up to any problem in this project. Now, I cut out a way can push the process of the biogine project. Suddenly, I was deposed. The reason is just that I postpone the process of developing plan. My God!
The CTO made a marvelous mind to ask a window program who just have work for about half year take over the project. God save him!
Yes, I began to hate this bad project. I was granted the title of PM, my salary is not increased. My subordinate has more money than mine every month.
Finally, I was aware that the company is bad. The founders are all bad. CEO is not in company, he always is busy manage his own company. CTO have not any experience of management. During past time, I found the main work these leader of company is just lie. They lie to their customer, they lie to their empolye.
As the result, they will get the result that they sow.
