I am sure many of you have seen a derivative of this message:
Access to the path "c:/windows/microsoft.net/framework/v1.1.4322/Temporary ASP.NET Files/root/bfdd22b5/759759b2" is denied.
you have to run aspnet_regiis.exe -i in the installation directory of the .net 1.1
c:/windows/microsoft.net/framework/v1.1.4322/.
go to command line and go to the bove directory then run aspnet_regiis -i .
