有网络环境时
访问 http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-2.5.xsd eclipse自动下载并缓存
无网络环境时
选择Window ->Prefererence ->MyEclipse -> Files and Editors -> XML ->XML Catalog -> add..
