I never felt so hesitating when I was considering if we need adopt some Agile best practices into my project. I realize that I need commit to the success of my project now, just like the pig above. While I was a consultant persuading customers, I was only the chicken be involved and never be responsible for the final result of customer projects. It really helps me refresh the way I think by changing the job role.
This is the experience I got from a recent Agile workshop. Although I cannot make a quick decision now to adopt sth. new into my project, I still think those best practices are useful for my projects. And some of the best practices has already been practiced by the project team members in their daily work. I am just thinking about what's the most effective & practical way to improve process, meanwhile minimize the negative impact on the project.
