Stress often gives us warnings through our bodies and emotions. 

Sometimes our body longs for more care, and sometimes life needs

to be rearranged. Cautiousness and dread produced by these

warnings ask us to stop for a rest, to pay attention to the coming

crisis, to explore body and mind of ourselves, and to rearrange

our future. This is a good chance to accelerate our growing up,

even to save our life.

One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is

the belief that one's work is terribly important.
