java.sql.SQLException： ORA-00604： error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-12705： Cannot access NLS data files or invalid
environment specified
解决方法：只需在MyEclipse/eclipse目录下找到eclipse.ini文件，把Duser.language=en 改成 Duser.language=zh，
就行了，然后一定要重启MyEclipse！切记要重启MyEclipse！
