提示无法下载，链接中的地址。

首先查看网络环境是否可以ping 通jenkins下载插件的网站，

如果无法ping通，则修改vim /etc/sysconfig/network-script/ifcfg-eth0

中的网关，dns等，vim /etc/resolv文件中的nameserver

可以ping通插件地址之后应该就可以连接到网站直接下载插件了。
