客户要解释,我几乎无语了,回邮件如下:
1,redo file sync的问题实在是不好解决了(nowait不能用,batch wait不起作用)。。。是否可以考虑修改应用,将事物增加,比如,先insert到业务表,然后记录一些附加日志等信息到管理表,。。。然后再提交,等等如果考虑到加锁问题,那么咱们可以讨论一下业务流程,一起找出一个办法。我感觉目前其他都不好弄的情况下,或许修改这个可以有希望。。。
2,CPU的问题也不好解决(硬件就那水平。。。我猜换成IBM P780或者Exadata都可能比现在好很多)
3,latch ges resource hash list很难弄下去了,有bug 11690639,但是没有workround或者patch可用,修复的版本都是11.2以上了。。。
晚上还要写报告。。。
