客户要解释，我几乎无语了，回邮件如下：

1，redo file sync的问题实在是不好解决了（nowait不能用，batch wait不起作用）。。。是否可以考虑修改应用，将事物增加，比如，先insert到业务表，然后记录一些附加日志等信息到管理表，。。。然后再提交，等等如果考虑到加锁问题，那么咱们可以讨论一下业务流程，一起找出一个办法。我感觉目前其他都不好弄的情况下，或许修改这个可以有希望。。。

2，CPU的问题也不好解决（硬件就那水平。。。我猜换成IBM P780或者Exadata都可能比现在好很多）

3，latch ges resource hash list很难弄下去了，有bug 11690639，但是没有workround或者patch可用，修复的版本都是11.2以上了。。。

晚上还要写报告。。。

Description

When there is a heavy contention on an enqueue, many processes may wait 
for a GES resource hash latch for the enqueue.
