一开始安装了easyExplorer但是在windows下可以用，而在ubuntu下是不支持的，只好放弃（修改了target也还是没有效果）

替代品：openexplorer

直接将下载下来的jar文件放到plugins文件夹中即可。

这个插件在windows下和linux下都可以用，很方便

两者用起来并没有多大差别。
