Problem:
When you config CTI on siebel applicatiom, you may got following error message in SCOMM_AGENT.log.
Exception:

Reason:
There might be something wrong with your Communications Drivers, especically for Channel String.
Solution:
Go to Admin-Communications > Communications Drivers and Profiles.
Locate to your profile your are using and make sure everything is correct, especially for Channel String.
After I change Channel String to 'CCA Integration', issue is solved.
