android 仿新浪微博的弹性滑动

     弹性滑动已经不是什么新鲜的玩意,但是这种的小控件或者是样式,在工作中也会经常的用到,这里就将我的一个弹性滑动的demo 贴出来给大家作为一个备份。

代码如下:

首先实现一个自定义的view:
