1) Is the computer on domain?
2) Which Website are you referring to?
3) Are you trying to change the user account password?
4) Do you get any error code or error message?
You might try this:
a) Tools
b) Internet options
c) Security tab
d) Custom level
e) Scroll to the bottom
f) User Authentication, Automatic logon with user name and password.
If the computer is on a Domain, Please contact your System Administrator for further assistance regarding this issue.
ORZ, it almost takes me a couple of hours to fix it . post it help others who has same problem to find the solution.
