把ubuntu-11.04-desktop-amd64.iso打开，提取出casper\vmlinuz和casper\initrd.lz放到C盘，使用easyBCD添加NeoGrub，再在configure中添加：
title Install Ubuntu 11.04 root (hd0,2) kernel (hd0,7)/vmlinuz boot=casper iso-scan/filename=/ubuntu-11.04-desktop-amd64.iso ro quiet splash locale=zh_CN.UTF-8 initrd (hd0,7)/initrd.lz
