思想：把矩阵分块，把矩阵和矩阵的运算在块上进行。充分利用cache或本地内存的数据，减少数据传输量。在并行处理的体系结构上，并行性可通过两种方式发掘：(1)不同块的操作可以并行处理；(2)各个同一块内的操作，标(向)量可以并行处理。复杂度是O(n3)
