1. 出错场景：安装wamp，但是启动服务器，访问localhost时报了如下的错误：

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://localhost/

The following error was encountered:

• Connection to 127.0.0.1 Failed

The system returned:

    (111) Connection refused

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

2. 后面找错时发现，是因为代理的原因（If that works then you do disable your proxy option in your IE go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connection tab then Lan setting
and disable it.）。我自己尝试解决了。本来先前遇到过这样的问题，应该是在Proxy Server，Advanced里面添加Exceptions。我由于直接从这边复制过去：http://localhost/。直接贴上的。我以为是wamp配置的问题，后面发现原来这里只能添加域名，不然你再打开发现你刚刚添加的东西其实又没有了。

3. 添加Exceptions时，只能要域名，不能加http，‘/’。
