When we use VS2010 to open the VS2008 or previously version's project, it will convert automatically. And always we get the errors that some files can not be converted.
1. Convert the project as normally.
2.Right click the error project in solution explorer, and Edit the project file.
3.Change the Target Framework version to 4.0.
4.Reload the project, it's OK right now!
