在eclipse中：Windows->Preferences->Java->Installed JREs：
选中列表中的jre，点击Edit：
选中列表中的javadoc location，点击Javadoc Location...：
选择Javadoc in archive->External file，在Archive path中选择下载的JDK中文API文档，下载地址是
http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/jdk/jdk-api-localizations/jdk-api-zh-cn/publish/1.6.0/html_zh_CN.zip
然后在Path within archive中选择api所在的目录：
OK所有窗口，设置完毕
