1:搭建Git Maven Jenkins Nexcus 环境
首先创建Maven Project ,android 的project 是基于M2 插件，经常出现的错误就是，
继续安装插件 ，如果还有这样的错误，则修改pom.xml 文件
注意开放的过程中，自己手动的修改POM文件，
2：如何配置Git 和Jenkins 的配置，还有Nexcus 的配置，首先说明一下，我们开发是基于Git 的管理，Git管理代码，编译的代码需要在Git服务器上下载 ，下载到Jenkins, 然后再继续编译，如何配置Jenkins ?:

3：经常遇到的问题：找不到POM.首先确认POM 文件的位置
