对于神经网络的训练过程而言,除了需要输入训练集之外,还需要输入的就是学习速率和每次训练过程中batch的大小,因此,可以将这两个参数都放在同一个结构体中,相对于神经网络的结构参数,训练参数的实现就比较简单了。
