SciPy是基于NumPy的，所以需要先安装NumPy，再安装SciPy。

numpy的安装可以直接

scipy下载地址：http://sourceforge.net/projects/scipy/files/scipy/

下载的是可执行文件，双击运行，但出现如下错误：

python version 2.7 is required, which was not found in the registry

原因：

win7是 64的原因，在安装python（32位）时，如果选择只为当前用户，以上问题是不会出现的，如果选择所有用户，那会出现如上问题。

解决方法：

1、在G盘创建文件register.py，把下面代码copy进去

然后在cmd中python register.py 就注册好了，然后再安装scipy。
