1实现目标：通过php的目录和文件的相关函数实现某目录下文件的管理
2相关的函数
opendir - 打开目录句柄
readerdir - 从目录和句柄中读取条目
filectime - 从目录句柄中读取条目
filesize - 取的文件大小
filetype - 取的文件类型

fopen - 打开文件或URL
