Try changing the registry value
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\tcpip\Parameters\TcpTimedWaitDelay to 30
and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\tcpip\Parameters\MaxUserPort to 65534
and rebooting the machine

一般发生上述错误，多是用短连接进行测试的。原因一般是网络或者服务堵塞了，超出了windows机器（LR所在机器）的连接数。
问题排查步骤：
1.有可能与一些杀毒工具有关，关闭掉360等杀毒工具。
2.再看看网卡的流量是不是超出带宽。
LR所在机器带宽查看：windows任务管理器----联网----查看”网络应用“的百分比。
服务器的带宽查看：使用iftop工具查看即可。
3.如果带宽没有问题，再确认下使用网络是否有问题。
方法：找其他服务压一下，看看占用带宽能不能上来。
一般网络问题没有固定的方法进行确认，如果windows机器和服务器都ok，服务也没到瓶颈，那基本就是网络问题了。
4.如果以上都正常，应该就是被测服务存在问题。
