Remove Duplicates from Sorted List

Given a sorted linked list, delete all duplicates such that each element appear only
once.

For example,
Given 1->1->2, return 1->2.
Given 1->1->2->3->3, return 1->2->3.

思路:

用两个指针。一个指针不断前进,另一个指针不动。比较两个指针对应结点的值。如果不同,则删除两个指针之间的所有元素。之后不动的指针移动到移动指针的位置,移动指针继续前进。要处理好最后几个元素的值相同的情况。
