有时，网站会无法打开，并提示一些很笼统的错误信息。此时应通过查看后台日志进一步了解原因。（日志文件正常位置为：C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS）下面对几种常见的异常信息及解决办法进行说明：
1. 由于服务器慢导致服务超时
【页面错误信息】：发生意外错误。
【日志错误信息】：

【解决办法】：刷新Web页面。
2. 无法激活安全认证服务
【页面错误信息】：发生意外错误。
【日志错误信息】：

【解决办法】：
打开 Internet信息服务(IIS)管理器 > 应用程序池，在应用程序池“SecurityTokenServiceApplicationPool”上右键，并点击“高级设置”，再将“启用32位应用程序”改为“False”。（修改后注意“启动”此应用程序池。）
3. 修改了管理员账号密码导致服务不能访问
【网页错误信息】：HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
【日志错误信息】：没有错误相关的信息。
【时间查看器信息】：由于配置问题，无法加载模块 DLL“C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\isapi\owssvr.dll”。当前配置仅支持加载为 x86 处理器架构构建的映像。
【解决办法】：
打开 Internet信息服务(IIS)管理器 > 应用程序池，对"标识"为管理员账号的应用程序池逐个进行如下操作：在应用程序池名称上右键，并重新设置“标识”。（修改后注意“启动”此应用程序池。）
4. 未设置“备用访问映射”
【网页错误信息】：运行时错误（FBA）或输入了正确的用户名密码，但还是不能登录成功
【日志错误信息】：没有错误相关的信息。
【解决办法】：在SharePoint管理中心为此Web应用程序添加“备用访问映射”，即在Web应用的“公用URL”中添加所使用的域名或IP。
