I am a dev lead in Shenzhen, China. I am reading the two books of 微软360度：企业和文化/成功与成长 recently. I think these books are very helpful especially for Chinese MS employees. By comparing the book with my experiences in MS, I find the book like a mentor of my career. Each advice and story from the book is valuable. I can apply them in my work to be more success. More important, it points out many limitations that Chinese employees have in common, which works very well for me.
I have asked our AA to order some copies of the books for our library. I want to recommend this book in my organization and hope everyone can be more successful by sharing the experience from you.
