Every manager want to be in charge of a effective ,hard working and motivated team.

每个管理者想管理一个高效的,努力工作主动性强的团队。

However temas only perform like this if their managers are motivating them effectively. An increasingly popular way in  business to increase both a workforce's productivity, and their motivation is a three point plan of action
called "ABR". analyze, benchmark, reward.

然而如果他们的管理者有效的激励他们,团队才会这样执行的。一个在商业越来越受欢迎的方法,提高劳动生产力和他们的积极性,是一个三个点行动计划,被称作“ABR” 分析,基准,报酬。

firstly, a manager has to sit down with each of their staff to analyze their skills they need to complete their daily work and what are their common mistakes.

a )this is done in a collaborative way. They give their emplorees a chance to tell theri manager what they problem they have.

Both of these increate staff motivations. It is a big job.

in another words, just how much of a realistic  improvment can each  team member  make during a three months period?And how can their manager help them do this?

Again, Because the employees are involved in setting their benchmarks, so they feel more motivated to reach them.

After three months their performance are assessed. and those who have reached or surpassed their targets are rewarded.

Heigh achievers don't necessary have to be rewarded with cash. They can be rewarded with vouchers that allowed them to buy your company's product cheaply.Or,if they are not intreated in this, they can be given the vouches that
add up a extra holiday days.

高成功的人不必非得用金钱奖励。他们可以用优惠券奖励,可以便宜买公司产品。如果他们对这个不感兴趣,可以给他们额外假期的奖励。

in this way, they are not working just  for the money, but also work for something ...substantial.

To keep things  faire. The rewards system should be graded. so that the harder the individual works, the more  they are rewarded.

the truth is, everyone, absolutely everyone want to be given a chance to be suceed, and be rewarded when they do  successed.

and, a sucessful workforce makes a sucessful company. if the empoyee are incentilized to improve their performance. in so doing, they'll also increate company's profit.

so the buzz word: analysis, benchmark, reward. because a  motivatied workforce is a productive workforce.

所以术语:分析,基准和奖励。因为一个主动的员工是富有生成力的员工。
