英文邮件
1、格式（参考下文样板）
2、主谓宾
3、单词错别字
4、标点符号（标点符号后面要用空格）
5、要用敬语 Please help to , Would /Could you help to , Thanks for your help to /Thanks for your confirm
Example:(Please follow this style to write English)

中文邮件
1、应根据实际情况选择发送对象，对于大家都关系的信息以及大家都参与的信息应该群发（CC中的人员）
2、回复邮件时应把自己要写的内容放在最上面，不要放在最下面。
3、发送群邮件时，若需要默认注意，应在信息前面注明To xxx
4、邮件标题应简明，在正文中详细描述
5、邮件服务器，请设置成“在服务器上留有备份，并且7天后删除”
一般邮件主体包括
- 称呼（Salutation）
- 正文（Body）
- 结束语（Complimentary）包含问候语。用逗号和签名隔开。
- 签名（Signature）
- 信件一般会有空格，但是邮件可以全部顶格。
例1：
Dear Marco,
It is my great pleasure to have your feedback and response after the Frankfurt show.
Looking forward to hearing back you soon and I wish that we could keep in touch for long time. Thank you again!
