Solution 2, Smart Navigation:
in Page_Load event:
Response.Cache.SetNoServerCaching();
Response.Cache.SetCacheability(System.Web.HttpCacheability.NoCache);
Response.Cache.SetNoStore();
Response.Cache.SetExpires(new DateTime(1900,01,01,00,00,00,00));
There are variations to this, but I tried to stick with ASP.NET code .
