配置平台管理器
1. 打开eMbedded Visual C++。
2. 在eMbedded Visual C++中，选择Tools菜单，单击Configure Platform Manager。
3. 展开设备类型，然后点击Smartphone 2003。
4. 在Windows CE Platform Manager Configuration 对话框中，点击Smartphone Emulator。如果计算机上还安装了其他Windows CE工具，那在对话框中也会列出相应的设备和平台。
