Time passes quickly. Five days have already past since I found my first job. I have an impulse to write something down to memorize my experiences during the past 30 days. I have learned many things in those days. I have taken part in fifteenth interviews in all last month which is from Oct.8 to Nov.12. I think I was lucky, for finally I got the offer of Huawei Technology. At the same time, I also got two other company’s offer. One is China Soft, the other is Hanlue Technology. I choose Huawei at last for 2 reasons. First, Huawei in Shanghai Research Center is focus on wireless technology. I think this field has a bright future. Second, Huwei in Shanghai have passed the CMMI5.I think it is a good place for working although lots of people said that working in Huawei will suffer a hardship and a huge pressure.

I am not afraid of hardship and pressure. Because I am still young and what I need is to try to experience more things and learn more things. I must take advantage of the time before I go to the company.

The most important thing I have learned during the time of hunting job is to be confident. Though I knew this before and other people have told me about that, but I grasp this key point after several interviews. It was lucky that Huawei was still not come to our school yet. ^0^ .

The second key point is that you’d better shake hands with the interviewer at the end of an interview. It will give the interviewer a good impression.

Third, if possible, ask your interviewer for his telephone number or e-mail. So you can contact him after the interview (if you really want go to that company).

Of course, strong basic knowledge is pre-requisite, for the first step is paper test. If you fail to pass the paper test, you will lose the opportunity for an interview.

At last, you can find some important information on the internet, such as FAQs in an interview, classical question in paper test and so on.

For some reason, I canceled one paper test and one interview.

Finally thank you for aman_cn, my classmate, from the very beginning of hunting job until my current job, we prepared our resume together and suffered lost and enjoyed happy. I wish he will find a good job which he likes.

Also thank you for ghm, my classmate too. He gave me many useful suggestions which helped me wining other people in the interview.
