本文主要研制了基于压力传感器的水位计,该装置主要是用于井下水位测量,主要任务是对井下水位进行实时测量和显示,并将所测水位数据通过CAN总线传送给上位机,供上位机对系统进行实时的监测与控制。系统试运行表明本装置能够准确检测水位,基本符合设计的要求。由于时间的限制,该系统未能在现场环境下试运行一段时间,今后应根据现场的运行情况,对硬件部分进行完善,提高性能指标。

This paper tellls how to develop a water guage based on pressure sensor. The device is mainly used for underground water level measurement, conducting real-time measurement and display. Through the CAN bus,the data of water level measurement will be transmitted to the console for real-time monitoring and control.
System trial indicates that this device can accurately measure water level and basically fulfil the requirement of design. Due to time limitations,the system hasn't run for some time in physical environment. In the future,according to the actual operation condition, we will do some supplemental work to the hardware to perfect the hardware system and improve the performance.
