Got an error from application.

Server Error in '/PSM/CSR' Application.

Check the DB version:

select * from v$version;

It is 11.2.

It is said that  For oracle 10.2.0.3  install patch for BUG#5579764. The bug has been fixed in 11g.

Follow instructions of Metalink Note 390249.1 and delete column histograms.

But it seems it did not fix on windows platform:

try the workaround provided for oracle 10.2.0.3 :

execute dbms_stats.delete_schema_stats('BUSINESSDATA');

It is resolved.
