uninstallfeature

stsadm.exe -o uninstallfeature
           {-filename <relative path to Feature.xml> |
            -name <feature folder> |
            -id <feature Id>}

           [-force]

最简单的方法，打开feature.xml文件，取得里面的 ID，然后使用如下命令

  stsadm -o -uninstallfeature -id <ID> -force
