1，找一个安装vs2008正常的32位XP系统， copy其安装目录下C:/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.0A/整个目录，覆盖问题电脑的相同目录；
2，将路径 C:/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.0A/bin, 加入vs2008->tools->options->projects and solutions->VC++ directories->executable files下；
3，将路径 C:/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.0A/include, 加入vs2008->tools->options->projects and solutions->VC++ directories->Include files下；
4，将路径 C:/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.0A/lib, 加入vs2008->tools->options->projects and solutions->VC++ directories->Library files下；

有一哥们(teluwl )，摸索了一套更好的方法, 不需要copy 文件了，我把他的转过来：
解决：
找到：
J:/WCU/WinSDK/ (J盘为VS2008的安装盘)
用WINRAR打开 WinSDK_Build.exe 并解压缩到桌面temp文件夹。
打开桌面temp文件夹的VistaClientHeadersLibs-x86.msi文件。安装就行。
